How It Works
Turning your scrap into cash is straightforward. Here’s what to expect when you bring scrap metal to AAA Recycling.

Separate Your Scrap
When possible, separate ferrous and non-ferrous materials before you arrive.

Bring It to AAA
Bring your accepted scrap to the appropriate AAA Recycling location, where your material will be weighed and evaluated.

Get Paid
Payment is based on the weight of your material and current material pricing.
What We Don't Accept
While AAA Recycling Inc. accepts a wide range of scrap metals, certain items are not suitable for recycling at our facilities. Please avoid bringing the following:
- Lithium Batteries
- Cardboard
- Paper
- Trash
- Asphalt or Concrete Debris
- Free-Flowing Liquids
- Chemicals or Poisons
- Flammable or Combustible Materials
- Corrosive Materials
- Radioactive Materials
- Explosive Materials
- Pressurized Containers
- PCB-Containing Materials
- Mercury-Containing Materials

Vehicle Acceptance Policy
Bringing a Vehicle?
Texarkana accepts complete vehicles for recycling. Lewisville does not accept complete vehicles. If you have an incomplete or stripped vehicle, contact AAA before bringing it in, as acceptance requirements vary by location.
